- Gloves (Karate mitts)

- Gum shield
- Groin guard
- Head guard (optional for adults)
- Body protector (under 16’s)
- Full suit or karate trousers and t-shirt
- Belts must be worn
- Warnings
- Area X2 then 1pt given to opponent every time
- Excessive contact X1 then disqualified
- If blood is drawn it’s at the discretion of the referees to determine
- if contact was excessive, if yes straight disqualification.
- Time per round
- Kids 1min 30
- Adults 2min

- 5 judges Scoring between 6 and 9.9
- top and bottom score to be taken away

- All referees and judges to wear black trousers and white shirt.
